I may have hurt my shoulder with all this writing. Laws of Physics help me, I scrunch up into an awful posture when I’m in the zone. But yes, writing is happening. Ink and words are literally flowing.

Project Orellia
Some nights I’m overcome with inspiration and ideas just tumble out. I don’t think this book wants to be a series of hot alien romances anymore. It has become something else, and the something-elseness of it is really sucking me in. My aliens have changed their names. All the stuff that was confusing me before suddenly feels clearer and easier to write.
Lots going on behind the scenes, but my big push to learn new bookkeeping/admin skills is starting to plateau and I’m slowly regaining my attentional bandwidth for more creative work.

This dormant project is waking up. I did not love the final act of this twice-finished novel before, but I think I know how to properly finish it, at long last.
